Confession: Even after years of taking photographs, I still get nervous before every event I shoot.
At first, you start to wonder when the feeling will go away. I always ask myself “Did I bring the right gear?” or “Where do I setup my lighting?” and the obvious, “Will the client love my images?” And honestly, I don’t think it ever goes away and I’ve learned to accept that. And then it happened… I met Nehal and her amazing personality who said, “I just want really nice images of my event. I would like you to capture my friends, my family, the events, and I’ll be happy.” She and Dilip had this infallible method of lifting the weight of one’s shoulders. They truly are awesome!
Nehal/Dilip, it was great meeting and working with you and your family. And of course Payal (the reason we met), thank you for aimlessly walking around with me to capture the individual families. Your friends and family are very sweet and were a blast to hang around. I hope you enjoy the below preview and some of my favorites from your baby shower..
